RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At this time, we are unable to accept returns due to limited capacity, but we are happy to offer exchanges. For any exchange requests, please contact us at info@woodrosedeli.com or woodrosewithme@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Please note the following exchange guidelines:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Exchanges are not applicable for items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. Please note that all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by the shipping carrier upon importation.
SHIPPING
We currently ship all domestic orders using USPS Priority or UPS Ground. For international shipping, we use DHL or FedEx. If there is an issue with delivery, please refer to your tracking number for assistance.
For express shipping requests, please contact us via email before your item is prepared. Express shipping is sent via FedEx, and any additional charges will be billed via Shopify invoice or PayPal.
