If you are unsatisfied with your order and need to make a return,  please contact info@woodrosedeli.com/ woodrosewithme@gmail.com with your order number in the subject. We accept returns on certain items within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll send you a pre-paid label for return.

Please keep in mind:

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

Woodrose Deli reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.

After we have processed your return, you will receive a refund in the form of original payment.

* Please note that shipping for returns is at customer's cost if it's not about quality issues.


If you wish to make an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.


At this time all domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If there is an issue with your delivery, please follow up directly with your tracking number.

If your item is prepared and you would like it to be shipped express please email us. All express shipments are sent via FEDEX and any additional charges will be sent via Shopify invoice or PayPal.


Products shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties charged by the authorities of the country of importation. Customers are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier.
